    ​A workshop reviewing the "Hadaf" academy program for leadership at the Asharqia Chamber branch in Jubail

    A workshop organized by the Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Business Council in the Chamber’s branch in Jubail, reviewed the Hadaf Academy program for leadership and its strategic objectives in achieving qualitative resettlement in line with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

    Dr. Fahd bin Muhammad Al-Shahrani, Director General of the General Administration of Academies, spoke during the remote workshop, which was held on Wednesday morning, June 30, 2021, that the fund aims to establish a goal leadership academy to develop future leaders from employees of the private sector establishments in the Kingdom in support and confirmation to achieve the Kingdom’s vision 2030 and qualitative Emiratisation Distinguished leaders characterized by the ability to creative planning and innovation.

    During the workshop, which was moderated by Mubarak bin Abdullah Al-Mishal, head of the Business Council in the Chamber’s branch in Jubail, Dr. Al-Shahrani explained that the academy aims to provide participants with many information, techniques, and competencies necessary for the current labor market requirements and achieve optimal human investment for national institutions, pointing to the Academy’s reliance on the transfer of global expertise and activation Effective and influential leadership principles through many cases and practical projects, transfer of best practices globally, guidance, follow-up, and simulation directly or through virtual rooms with distinguished experts globally.

    Al-Shahrani said that this approach helps greatly in creating effective leaders who have the ability to move companies towards excellence and competition in the Saudi labor market. He stressed the Academy's endeavor, through the leadership program, to support and enhance lifelong learning opportunities, strategic thinking, and planning, solving problems and challenges, activating guidance and supervision skills, heading towards a knowledge economy, and achieving technical and administrative excellence.​
